Creator’s Notes

I built this when I was managing multiple content calendars and needed a system that wouldn’t collapse when things got busy.

It’s the exact base template I still use today for for my social media, client work, and for keeping everything moving without constant second-guessing.

It’s especially helpful when you’re not using fancy scheduling tools or when your clients aren’t into Notion. I’ve shared this with folks who felt totally overwhelmed by content, and it gave them just enough structure to breathe and actually follow through.
